These terms govern use of blackdiamondstravel.com and bookings arranged with us for our published experiences.
Experiences and descriptions
Our signature experiences currently include Two Continents by Day and Two Continents After Dark. Descriptions on this website explain the character of each experience.
Public prices for our signature experiences are listed on each product page. Meeting point, duration, inclusions, and exclusions are confirmed to you in writing before you book.
Booking and payment
Bookings may be confirmed through our Bókun booking workflow or by direct arrangement with us after enquiry.
This website does not currently include a live card payment form. Repayd card payment processing is not active on this site while we complete provider onboarding. Any payment instructions we send will name the method clearly before you pay.
A booking is confirmed only when we (or the booking system we use) issue written confirmation, including the experience, date/time, guest details, price, and applicable cancellation terms.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate guest names and contact details, arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, and follow safety and local guidance given by our team.
Travel documents, visas, insurance, and personal expenses remain your responsibility unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Where a product-specific written confirmation states different terms, those product-specific terms prevail for that booking.
Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging and delivering experiences. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, public authority decisions, strikes, or force majeure, except where Turkish law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for information about our brand and experiences. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
